ProductPlan is Web-based software. You can access ProductPlan wherever you have an Internet connection with any of the following supported browsers:
Google Chrome: latest version
Apple Safari: latest version
Mozilla Firefox: latest version
Microsoft Edge: latest version
After November 15, 2019, ProductPlan will no longer be supporting Internet Explorer (IE). We will continue to support Microsoft Edge, which will be backwards compatible with Internet Explorer.
In 2015 Microsoft released Edge as the browser to replace Internet Explorer (IE). Since then IE has not received major updates, or added support for many modern web standards. Microsoft has recommended against using Internet Explorer, and have indicated that they will no longer support older versions of IE.
This decision will allow us to move faster and provide better support for our customers as we continue to follow guidelines for best practices in web development.
