Product Discovery helps product teams collect and analyze the firehose of feedback that can come from all directions. With the shareable intake form, you can now elicit specific feedback from any stakeholders whose voice is important to you.

Editors can create intake forms and provide prompts about any topics they choose to ask for feedback:

Use the share link to publish the form and start collecting feedback. Submitting ideas through the form will not require a ProductPlan account. This is a new way for product teams to control the intake and collect feedback from customers or external stakeholders.

Submitted ideas will automatically be added to your Ideas space. You can view collections of new Ideas from any form that you create.

Editors can create unlimited forms as needed, and can disable or enable them at any time. If you’re done collecting responses, simply disable the form within your Ideas space.
