How to Use the Opt-In Page

 

Overview

Enterprise Account Administrators now have the ability to easily enable ProductPlan's AI-powered features for their organization through a centralized in-app opt-in page. The opt-in applies to all current and future AI capabilities to provide seamless access to all AI innovations. Additionally, a timestamp will be captured and displayed as the setting is toggled on/off to provide transparency and auditability.

 

How to Use the Opt-In Page

  1. As an Enterprise Account Administrator, navigate to the Settings tab, then click on the AI features page.
  2. Click the toggle to opt-in to the AI features. A timestamp with the Admin's name will be displayed next to the toggle. Once this setting is toggled on, the account will have access to all of ProductPlan's AI features.
  3. To opt-out of the features, simply click the toggle again. The timestamp will update to reflect the date of the change and the Admin's name. When this setting is toggled off, the account will no longer have access to any of the AI features.
