Best Practices

  • Use for Executive Reviews: Switch to Presentation Mode for any stakeholder-facing meeting to reduce distractions.
  • Capture Clean Screenshots: Use this mode to quickly create visual assets for slide decks or status reports.
  • Remove Data Gaps from View: If you have incomplete objectives or lanes, Presentation Mode ensures they won’t distract your audience.
  • Prep Before You Present: Make any filtering or grouping changes before entering Presentation Mode as settings are not editable within it.

FAQ

Can I remove the “catch-all” secondary lanes such as “Non-Objective Work”?
No. At this time, the only lane and secondary lanes that are removed are those with no associated bars or containers in the data included set.

Can I edit the view in Presentation Mode?
No, the view is presentation-only. Exit full screen to make changes.

Does this affect what other users see?
No, Presentation Mode is user-specific and temporary, it does not change the saved portfolio state.

Will filters and grouping settings carry over?
Yes, the current saved view—including filters, groups, and legends—will display in Presentation Mode exactly as configured.
