In the Table layout of your Roadmap, you can add items to your Parked section to create a backlog of ideas or future opportunities

To get started, navigate to the Table Layout of your Roadmap and select Parked. From here you can add new Parked bars or containers or import your existing data. You can import from a spreadsheet, or directly from an integration, like Jira or Trello.

After adding your items, you can input information by clicking into any column, or from the pencil icon in the Actions column. You can customize the columns you display in your Parked Table Layout by clicking the Edit Columns dropdown in the top right corner. By default, dates will be turned off, but you can choose to display them here as well. If your account is utilizing Custom Fields, you will have the option to display those in the table as well as an item's Prioritization Score.

All of the columns aside from tags are sortable in your Table Layout. Please note that this would over-write a manual sort of any kind that you may have applied. To manually sort items, drag and drop items in the list to re-prioritize them.

When you're ready, you can move a single Bar onto the Roadmap or select multiple Bars you want to move by clicking “Actions" and then "Unpark bars". If you’ve designated a lane, legend, start and end dates, this would be carried over as well, allowing you to create a roadmap in minutes.

You can also move items to your Planning Board from your Parked section of the Table. Simply select multiple items as described above and select "Prioritize." These items will then appear in your Planning Board and will be ready to get scored based on your prioritization framework.

To park bars on your Roadmap, simply right-click the bar and choose “Park” from the dropdown menu. You can park multiple bars at once using bulk select.

From the Planning Board you can select any Parked Items for scoring and further prioritization.
