Upgrading your Subscription
Add licenses easily to your subscription mid-term by selecting "Add Licenses" from the Account Settings page. Simply reach out to your dedicated Customer Success Manager or our team directly at support@productplan.com. The cost of the additional licenses will be prorated based on your renewal date.
Reducing Licenses and Canceling your Subscription
To cancel or downgrade your plan, contact the support team directly at support@productplan.com. Any changes made to your subscription will be reflected at the next renewal date.
Professional and Enterprise subscriptions can contact their dedicated Customer Success Manager directly to cancel. This must be done at least 30 days prior to the renewal date per the terms of agreement.
